We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. 360 MaaaS Hub provides access to a range of services including co-working spaces, startup incubation programs, digital tools, training workshops, tech events, and community networking opportunities. These services are designed to support tech enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, developers, and creatives.

The information and tools offered through our Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in a jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would violate laws or regulations, or where it would require us to comply with additional registration requirements. Users who choose to access our Services from other regions do so at their own discretion and are responsible for complying with their local laws, as applicable.

Your submissions

You are solely responsible for your Submissions and you expressly agree to reimburse us for any and all losses that we may suffer because of your breach of (a) this section, (b) any third-party intellectual property rights, or (c) applicable law.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By accessing or using any of the services provided by 360 MaaaS Hub (the “Services”), you represent and warrant that:

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users of 360 MaaaS Hub must not engage in any activity that disrupts our workspace environment, violates applicable laws, or infringes upon the rights of others. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to: unlawful content distribution, harassment, hacking, spamming, impersonation, and unauthorized commercial solicitation.

5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Any content, including text, images, or code, submitted to our platform or shared during events, must be respectful, relevant, and non-infringing. You are responsible for the legality and originality of your contributions.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting or submitting content, you grant 360 MaaaS Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for promotional and educational purposes.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor, modify, or discontinue access to any of our services (workspace, events, digital tools) at our discretion and without prior notice, to ensure the quality and security of our community.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

These terms remain effective until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms or disrupts the experience for others.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

360 MaaaS Hub may update these Terms of Use at any time. We’ll notify users through appropriate channels. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration under Nigerian law.

12. CORRECTIONS

Information on this platform may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update content without prior notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

All services are provided "as is" and "as available." 360 MaaaS Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, and suitability of the services.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

360 MaaaS Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and 360 MaaaS Hub. If any part of the terms is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.
