About the course
A six-week, activity-based course for teens and adults aged 13 and above. Learn confident device and internet use, professional email, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, cloud collaboration and online safety, then use productivity and AI tools to build a practical digital workspace. No prior computer experience is required.

Devices, internet, email and safety
Manage files and settings, search effectively, organise professional email and protect accounts from scams.

Professional documents
Create polished letters, CVs and reports, collaborate with comments and versions, and work with templates and PDFs.

Spreadsheets
Use formulas, functions, sorting, filtering, charts and validation to build practical budgets and trackers.

Presentations, design and cloud tools
Build clear presentations and Canva designs, manage cloud files and backups, and schedule online meetings.

Productivity and digital identity
Plan tasks, communicate professionally, create online forms and use digital payments and social platforms safely.

AI tools and capstone
Use AI assistants and agents responsibly, then organise and present a complete personal or business digital workspace.
